Ingredients

2 cans refried beans (I use fat-free, but recipe calculated with regular)
1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 T. taco seasoning
    1 cup salsa
    1 avocado
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 cup light sour cream
    1 medium tomato
    1 can black olives

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place cooked ground beef in the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Pour the 1 cup or so of salsa on top of that and spread. Spread the two cans of refried beans on top of salsa. Microwave or place in oven until warm, about 15 minutes. Mash the avocado with cumin and garlic, and spread that on top, followed by the sour cream layer. Sprinkle with tomato and olives, and serve with tortilla chips or as a filling for burritos.

    Incredible!
Can add corn & black beans. I chop up a good amount of lettuce to sprinkle on top for a type of 7-layer dip/salad! The family always enjoys this meal! - 5/5/13
