Ingredients

    Wild sole fillets
    onion
    mushroom
    ginger
    garlic
    soya sauce
    water

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Place tbsp sauce on tin foil, place fish fillet on top. Add another tbsp sauce. wrap in tin foil and bake for 30 min at 350.
