Introduction

I made substitutions for eggs, to egg beaters, and used apple sauce instead of oil I made substitutions for eggs, to egg beaters, and used apple sauce instead of oil

Ingredients

    1 tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    3/4 cup non fat milk
    1/2 cup molasses
    2 onces of apple sauce
    1/2 cup raisons
    1 cup wheat bran
    1 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

stir together: bran, flour, soda and baking powder. then stir in raisins and set asid. Blen milk/fat free whipping cream. molasses, apple sauce and egg beater. Add to dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. Spoon into greased muffins tins and bake. in preheated oven that is 400 degrees.
