Ingredients

    Lima beans, frozen 1 cup
    black beans, 1 can
    tempeh, 1 block organic garden veggie
    frozen squash
    frozen carrots
    1 onion
    leftover salsa
    crushed tomatoes
    tomato paste
    lime juice
    orange juice
    orange zest
    cumin
    chili powder

Directions

put everything in a crock pot and cook on low till done.
