Ingredients

    1 serving protein powder ( plain or vanilla)
    2 cups almond, soy, rice or regular milk
    0.5 cup quick oats
    0.5 tbs molassas
    0.5 cup pumpkin
    1 tbs chia seeds
    5 ice cubes
    1.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 packet or more stevia to taste

Directions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup milk with the oats and chia seeds. Let sit for atleast 2 hours, until oats are softened. Add to blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend
