Ingredients
-
Amounts are relative ... depends on the size of your roast.
You want enough to cover evenly, but not crust.
2 T dried mint flakes
2 T dried rosemary
2 T garlic powder
1 T Accent seasoning salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 T kosher (or other coarse) salt
Directions
Grind the mint and rosemary with a mortar and pestle until powdered. Mix with the remainder of the spices.
Dry your roast well with paper towels, and coat with the rub thoroughly over all surfaces of the roast. It should cover completely, but not so heavily it's falling off.
I roasted mine in a rotisserie.
Serving Size: For a lamb sirloin or shank roast
