    3/4 C Wheat Flour
    3/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Ginger
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 tsp Baking Soda

    1 Egg, whole
    3 Egg whites
    1 C white Sugar
    2/3 C Brown Sugar
    1 C Vegetable Oil
    1/2 C Sour Cream or Low-fat yogurt
    1.25 C grated Zucchini
    1 C Pumpkin Puree
    1 C Chopped Macadamia and Walnuts (1/2 C each)
    1 C Dried Cranberries
    1/2 tsp Orange Zest (optional, not added in original recipe)
