    1 cup Roasted, salted soy nuts
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
    1 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup dried cranberries

Tips

If you're not a cranberry fan, add your favorite dried fruit. Dried blueberries are also good with this.
