Introduction
I was craving crab ragoons today, but I did not want to eat the calories of traditional ragoons, especially when I saw the grocery store had imitation crab and lobster meat on sale. Ingredients

1 roll of Pillsbury Seamless Dough
1 8 oz pkg low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup sweet onion chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1 tbsp garlic seasoning
1/4 c imitation crab meat
1/4 c lobster meat
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Soften the cream cheese, and then in a bowl, mix the cream cheese, onions and garlic seasoning together. Chop up the crab and lobster meat into fine pieces, and then add to cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Roll out the seamless dough and cut into 12 squares. add about 2 tbsp of mixture to each square, and then roll up the dough around the mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
