Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef
1 can Black Beans (with or without Chipolte)
1 small can Pork and beans
1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes with Green Chilis
    1 can Creamed Corn

Tips

To reduce the fat, use a leaner beef, or use ground turkey or chicken. If you want it less spicy, use the Ro-Tel mild tomatoes, or drain the liquid and replace some of it with water.

Directions

Brown 1 lb ground beef. Drain off all the fat. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well after each. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve over hamburger buns, rice, or whatever you wish.
