This easy pineapple salsa is prepared simply by chopping and mixing all the ingredients and goes great on grilled chicken burgers. Make it ahead and let it chill in the fridge so the flavors combine! Ingredients

    1/2 Cup chopped bell or sweet peppers
    1/4 Cup chopped green onion/scallion
    2 Cloves garlic, minced
    2/3 Cup crushed pineapple (more or less depending on preference)
    5 rings of pickled pepper (more or less depending on taste; use any kind of pepper)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Goes great on grilled chicken burgers, plain grilled chicken, with corn chips, or in wraps!


Directions

Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl and mix together, add salt and pepper to taste. If making in advance cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
