Ingredients

    For Mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons blue menu whipped dressing
    3 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1.5 teaspoon finely grated peeled frozen ginger root
    1 teaspoon soy sauce

    For Salmon Burgers
    3 cans salmon
    2 tablespoon yellow mustard
    4 teaspoons finely grated peeled frozen ginger root
    2 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 tsp horseradish
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    1 stalk celery
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 egg
    4 teaspoons grapeseed oil
    4 thin slices sweet onion
    4 slices vine-ripened tomato

Directions

1. Make Mayonnaise:
In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise ingredients.

2. Make Salmon Burgers:
Discard any bones in salmon and finely chop salmon by hand. In a bowl stir together salmon, celery, lime juice, mustard, ginger root, soy sauce, horseradish, egg, spices and salt and pepper to taste and form into 6 - 3-inch patties.

3. In a non-stick skillet heat oil over moderate heat until hot but not smoking and sauté patties 4 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through.

4. Transfer salmon burgers to buns and top with mayonnaise, onion, and tomato.

Serving Size: 4 3 inch Patties
