Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground beef, lean
    1 Box stuffing mix or croutons
    1 C. Chicken Broth
    1/4 C Butter
    1/3 C Onions
    1/3 C Celery
    Bell's Seasoning to taste (start with 1 Tbsp)
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

melt butter, sauté onion & celery – don’t brown
Mix w/ croutons
Add chicken broth
Add Bells to taste

Brown beef, DRAIN
Mix w/crouton mixture
Add broth if dry
