Introduction

One of my favorite comfort foods for the winter! One of my favorite comfort foods for the winter!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 C Rolled Oats or Gluten Free Rolled Oats
    1/2 C Water
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp crushed pecans
    2 tsp brown sugar, packed
    1 TBSP Half and half (optional)

Tips

This is really good with 1 TBSP of coconut bliss chocolate ice cream also!


Directions

Mix oats and water. Microwave for 1 minute. OR heat water and oats on stove top in a small pan until bubbly. Set aside a let it cool to thicken.

Add cinnamon, pecans, sugar and half and half. Stir well.

Enjoy!
