Ingredients

    1 ¼ cup flour
    ¾ cup oats
    ½ cup brown sugar, packed
    ½ cup chopped pecans
    ⅔ cup melted butter

    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 15 oz cans pumpkin
    2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger
    ½ tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp salt

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar & pecans; add melted butter and mix well. Press into bottom of baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
    2. While crust is baking, combine eggs, pumpkin, swtn condns milk, spices and salt, whisking until smooth. Pour over crust and bake 30-35 minutes, until filling is set.
