Introduction

Baked Chicken, Steamed Broccoli and Rice, topped with Cheddar Cheese Baked Chicken, Steamed Broccoli and Rice, topped with Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

    8 chicken breast tenderloins (roasted and chopped)
    1+1/2 cup instant rice ( prepared with water, butter, salt as called)
    2 small heads of broccoli, cut into florets (steamed)
    1 cup chicken broth
    12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix with all other ingredients, except cheddar. Top with cheddar and bake in a 9x9 square casserole dish at 375 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut the square casserole into square portions, 3 servings x 3 servings
