Ingredients

3/4lb (340g) Small red potatoes (about 8), quatered
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb (450g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can reduced fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italain Dressing
2 c frozen peas and carrots
1/2 c (1/2 of 250g tub) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese
Tips
Serve with toast or warm biscuits and a crisp green salad.
Directions
1. Place potatoes in microwave dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on high for 7 min or until potatoes are tender.
2. Meanwhile heat oil in large pan on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
3. Add potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover. Simmer on med-low heat for 3 min or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.
4. Stir in cream cheese; cook 3 min or until melted, stirring occasionally.
