Most in season veggies are what is most important, this soup is meant to last for days and be cheap and easy to make... so whatever your taste buds want can go in!
Also This would be a good hot soup with some red pepper flakes... if you like spice!
Directions
Makes about 7 servings (or about 7 cups)
1. Cut up and cube all vegetables.
2. pour chicken broth in slow cooker.
3. add veggies, water, gravy mix, and garlic powder.
4. set at low heat for now.
5. cut pork into bite size pieces.
6. sautee pork in Olive Oil, salt, and black pepper.
7. Add pork (and drippings in the pan) to your crock pot.
8. Turn crock pot up to high and let go until cooked to your liking!
