Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)
Ground Pork, 8 oz (remove)
*Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo (remove)
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large (remove)
Salt, .25 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Hard boil 2 eggs, peel and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350
Mix meat, ketchup, 1 egg, onions, bread crumbs, and seasonings in mixing bowl. Pack in loaf pan. Make two holes in meat and inset hard boiled egg. Cover with meat. Place parchment paper on baking dish and invert the loaf pan. Bake in oven for 45mintues to 1 hour. Meat thermometer should read 150. Let cool 10 minutes and cut.
