Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
4 tbsp butter, salted
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 . Place sweet potates on cookie sheet, cook for 60 minutes until soft. Remove from oven let cool to make it easier to work with. Slice potato and remove inside (reserving skins) and place in large bowl. MIx potatoes and remaining ingredients, then spoon back into skins. Place on tray and cook additional 15 mins until golden.
