Ingredients

    ground turkey breast
    maple syrup
    sage
    cayenne pepper
    salt
    black pepper
    ground ginger
    olive oil

Directions

Mix all together and form 4 one half inch patties. Heal oil in a large nonstick skillet over med hi heat; cook patties until well browned and cooked through (about 4 min per side). Remove from heat.
