Ingredients

    6 cups cut green beans, cooked
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1 scallion or green onion, chopped
    1 tsp Dijon style mustard
    2 tblsp cider vinegar
    4 tbs olive oil
    1/8 tsp tarragon

Tips

Frozen Green beans may be used. If using canned green beans, rinse and drain green beans to remove additional salt.


Directions

Warm or cook green beans in water to cover. In a small bowl mix garlic salt, green onion, Dijon style mustard, cider vinegar, olive oil and tarragon. Drain cooked green beans. Pour dressing over green beans and mix gently. May be served warm or cold.
