Introduction

My family loves chili on cold winter days...but it was never good for my waist line. Now my family can enjoy this heathy chili and I can be happy that I've given them something healthy. My family loves chili on cold winter days...but it was never good for my waist line. Now my family can enjoy this heathy chili and I can be happy that I've given them something healthy.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 small onion chopped
    1 cup chopped bell pepper
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 package chili seasoning
    2 cans petite diced tomatos
    1 16 oz package of dried kidney beans
    water as needed

Directions

Soak beans overnight per package instructions. Saute chopped onion, bellpepper, and mushrooms in cooking spray and brown turkey and drain. Then add all ingrediants to slowcooker and add water to your desired constiancy. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
