    * *Raisins, golden seedless, 1 cup, packed
    * Almond Paste, 4 oz
    * Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    * Salt, .5 tbsp
    * *Blue Bonnet Margarine, 8 tbsp
    * **Crisco Butter Flavored Shortening, 8 tbsp
    * Egg, fresh, 6 large
    * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    * *ground mace, .5 tsp
    * *Flour, white, 6 cup
    * *baking powder, 2 tbsp
    * *Cranberries - whole Ocean Spray, 1 cup
    * *Domino's Confectioners Sugar 10X Powered Pure Cane Sugar, 0.2 cup

Tips

Wrap tight with saran wrap. Best if left a few days before cutting into to let flavors blend.


Directions

Cream: sugar, salt, almond paste, margarine, shortening.
Add eggs and dry ingredients.
knead until smooth, knead in cranberries
form loaves
place on greased cookie sheet
Bake 25-30 min.
cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
