Ingredients

    7 oz. macaroni
    1 c. skim milk
    2 T white flour
    1T dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3.5 oz. cheddar cheese
    2T parmesan cheese

Tips

I sometimes add 1 pkg of frozen asparagus cuts, delicious!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a non - stick saucepan, combine milk, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens and comes to a boil, 3 to 4 minutes. Add cheddar in batches, stirring until cheese is melted after each addition before adding more. Stir in macaroni.
