Ingredients

1tsp ground cumin
1tsp fennel seeds
.5tsp sweet paprike
1 clove garlic, quartered
1tsp grated lemon rind
2tsp olive oil
2 x 150g white fish fillets
400g cauliflower, cut into small florets
10g butter
30ml light cooking cream
10g butter, extra
40ml lemon juice
Directions
1. Dry fry spices till fragrent, then grind in mortar and pestle with garlic and rind until crushed.
2. combine spice mixture with oil and fish, then fry fish till cooked through, remove from pan and keep warm.
3. Meanwhile, boil or microwave cauliflower till tender, drain, then combine with butter and cream and mash or mix with stick blender till smooth.
4. Melt extra butter in pan and stir over low heat till lightly browned. Remove from heat, stir in juice.
5. Serve fish with cauliflower puree and browned butter.
Serving Size: makes 2 dinner sized portions

sooooo good. definitely going into my bi-weekly recipe cycle. no mortar and pestel; chopped garlic with spices for dry fry; used a dash of cocounut milk instead of cream, lime instead of lemon, no rind, and was using light butter. i also pureed the cauliflower in my blender with a dash of s & p. A++ - 11/30/15
