    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz(remove)
    Campbell's Tomato Soup, 2 cans
    Beans, red kidney, 2.5 cup(remove)
    water - 1 cup
    pepper to taste
    chili powder or other seasoning mix

Tips

to cut sodium, choose reduced sodium soups. the sodium count is with the kidney beans rinsed and drained


Directions

brown meat (you can drain if you want to) add all other ingredients to crock pot cook on high 3 hrs.
