Gluten-free version of baked ziti Gluten-free version of baked ziti

Ingredients

    8 oz rice pasta, cooked
    1 1/2 jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
    8 oz shredded cheese
    8 oz ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 lb ground beef

Directions

Mix pasta and 1/2 of sauce. Put a small layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Mix ricotta and egg. Layer 1/2 of pasta, ricotta mixture, rest of sauce, then rest of pasta. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 350F for 30 min.
