I have one of these muffins every morning for breakfast. They keep me going all morning without getting hungry. You can substitute different dried fruit or nuts. Ingredients

Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving)(remove)
Milk, 1%, 1.3 cup(remove)
Flour, white, 1.3 cup(remove)
Granulated Sugar, .33 cup(remove)
Baking Powder, 3 tsp(remove)
Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
Canola Oil, .33 cup(remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs)(remove)
Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
*Dried Cherries, .5 cup(remove)
Directions
Prheat oven 400 degrees.
Combine milk and ceral and allow to sit for 10 minutes so cereal softens. In seperate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Once cereal has softened, mix in egg and oil. Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture until combined then add cherries and walnuts. Divide batter evenly among 9 miniloaves. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
