Introduction

Oatmeal bread (or cake) with peanut butter, almonds and chocolate. Oatmeal bread (or cake) with peanut butter, almonds and chocolate.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups oats
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup fage
    1/3 cup raw almonds
    3/4 cup Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips
    3/4 cup Reeses peanut butter chips
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 truvia
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp caramel extract

Directions

Combine oats, almonds, 1/2 cup each chocolate and peanut butter chips, cinnamon, truvia, baking soda in food processor and chop. In a seperate bowl combine egg whites, fage, caramel extract and mix in dry ingredients. Spray a pyrex baking pan with oil and pour in mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining chips.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 squares
