    1 - Big River Farmers Market Egg


Put egg(s) into a pan of water and bring to a hard boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Next remove from burner and cover (place pan in sink) allow to set for at least 10 minutes (the longer you allow to set the more they cook). Then run cold water into pan until water is totally cold and let the egg(s) sit in the cold water for 20 minutes then remove from pan and put them in the refrigerator.
