Ingredients

    4 tuna steaks
    3tbsp soy sauce
    1tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    1 tsp superfine sugar
    1tbsp sunflower oil

Directions

1) Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish
2) Mix together the soy sauce, worcesershire sauce, mustard, sugar, and oil in a bown. Pour the marinade over the tuna.
3) Gently turn the tuna steaks, using your fingers or a fork, so that they are well coated with the marinade
4) cover and place the tuna steaks in the refrigerator and chill for between 30 minutes and 2 hours
5) broil the barinated fush over hot coals for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Baste frequently with any of the marinade that is left in the dish.
6) Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges (optional)
