Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Canned diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz can. Juice and all
    Red Wine, 4 fl oz
    Beans, black, 14.5 oz canned rinsed
    Beans, white, 14.5 oz can rinsed
    Venison, 1 lb I used ground. cubed works
    Onion 1/2 cup diced
    salt 1 tsp
    black pepper 1 tsp
    1/2 cup chicken stock

    Add everything except salt and pepper to crock pot. cook on high for 3 hours. once cabbage is soft and pepper and salt. stir. reduce to low and cook for 30 minutes.
