Ingredients

    1.5 chicken breasts in cubes
    one chopped bell pepper
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    one can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    20 baby carrots
    tsp salt
    tab. flour
    chili powder

Directions

Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Mix in the flour. Put all in a large foil pouch. Place diced chicken on top. Sprinkle top with more chili powder and salt (or Mrs. Dash). Tightly close foil pouch. Cook on the grill for 35 min. Cook inside in the oven in preferred, still using the pouch method.
