Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/3 cup oat bran
    1/3 cup wheat bran
    1/3 cup wheat germ
    1/3 cup corn meal
    1/3 cup ground flax
    1/3 cup seasame seeds
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup dried fruit (chopped)
    1 tbsp vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 cups buttermilk
    1 cup apple sause
    4 tbsp oil
    1/2 tbsp butter (to grease muffin tins)

Directions

Pre heat oven 400
Mix dry ingredients then add wet
Mix well and fill muffin tins 3/4 full
Cook about 20 minutes
Makes 24 muffins
