2 clove garlic
3/4 tbls Better than Bullion Beef Base
4 c cabbage
4 c water
46 ounce tomato juice
2 T parlsey
1 tsp red peper flakes
Thyme
Basil
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Brown beef and rinse. Add onion, garlic and celery cook til softened. Add tomato juice, water, carrots and cabbage -
