Ingredients

    4 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
    2 cups fresh cranberries
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned or quick)
    1 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup pecans
    5 Tbsp unsalted butter

    Combine cranberries, apples, white splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. pour into buttered baking dish. Mix oats, brown sugar splenda, pecans, and butter. Cut in butter. Sprinkle over top of apples. Bake for 50 minutes at 375. or until topping is crispy and fruit is tender.

Tips

Unsalted butter used for those in our home on low sodium diet.
