Ingredients

    chicken breast strips, 2 bags of frozen bell peppers, large can of diced tomatoes, one box of chicken broth. That's it! Crush tortilla hcips into the bottom of the bowl and scoop soup on top. Also add a quarter cup of shredded cheese and a dallop of sour cream for a richer taste.

Directions

Cook chicken thoroughly, add all ingredients (except chips) together in a stock pot, bring to a boil, and serve over crushed tortilla chips. Garnish with sour cream or grated cheese for extra richness.
