Ingredients

12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup coffee liqueur ( I used Sugar Free Raspeberry Torani)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb silken tofu
1 Tbsp honey
1 9-in prepared chocolate wafter crust (store bought is fine)
Tips
I used the blender and it seemed easier than the food processor they used on TV.
Directions
I used a double boiler, and melted the chocolate chips and the SF Raspberry Torani in the double boiler over medium heat.
Simmer until the chocolate chips are melted and stir frequently while they melt until smooth. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture, and honey in a blender or food processor and spin until smooth (about 1 minute)
Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the filling sets firm.
Serving Size: 1 pie makes 8 servings
