I will mix up a batch and have it for my morning snack or as a lunch with a small salad or handful of nuts.
Directions
Wash all ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until well mixed and serve. I like to store them in the fridge a good 30 minutes before so it sits up some but it is fine just fresh from the blender too.
