Ingredients

    6 Slices of bread
    3 Tbls margarine
    16oz hunb of Jimmy Dean's sausage, hot
    6 egg whites
    2c cheddar cheese, shredded
    Season milk & egg whites to taste w/salt, pepper & mustard powder

Directions

-Spray 12" round cast iron skillet or 9"x13" dish
-Brown sausage, rinse & drain.
-Butter 6 slices of bread & place in bottom of pan
-Mix milk & egg whites together, season with salt & pepper, mustard powder to taste
-Spread sausage on top of bread, top with cheddar cheese, and pour
Assemble casserole & refrigerate overnight. Remove casserole from refrigerator & let stand for 15m-20m before baking. Bake for 45-50min until browned & bubbly

Serving Size: Makes 8 lg pie wedges
