Ingredients

    1 qt half and half
    5 lbs of potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chuncks
    1 gallon of skim milk
    4 c. whole milk
    4 Tbs. butter
    1 c. celery


Directions

put all ingredients in a large stock pot, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cook until potatoes are tender and soup is the desired consistency.
