    Pork Chops (thin is best)
    Oil (you can use any kind)
    Italian Bread Crumbs

Tips

If your having a tough time getting the breading to stick to the pork, try dipping them in an egg white first.


Directions

Heat oil in pan on medium high. Take a plate and spread the bread crumbs on it. Lightly coat the pork chops in the breading and put them in the pan. Cover on medium high for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite veggie and enjoy!
