Ingredients

5 oz Jones Extra Lean Fully Cooked Ham Steak, cubed
6 TBSP Fat Free Cream Cheese, room temp
1/8 cup Digiorno Shredded Three Cheese Blend
3/4 cup Fresh Broccoli, chopped
1 slice Sargento Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut in half
1.5 TBSP Fat Free Sour Cream
1.25 tsp Mrs Dash Original
2 Bakery Hard Rolls or Bolillo Rolls
Tips
Serve with spicy mustard or mayo. You can also swap out the cheddar for your favorite cheese: swiss, american, pepperjack, etc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350d
Cube ham steak into bite sized pieces.
Chop Broccoli into small pieces.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ham steak, cream cheese, Digiorno cheese blend, broccoli, sour cream, and Mrs. Dash. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Cut the tops off of each of the rolls, saving the tops.
Hollow out each roll - creating a "shell". (Throw away most of the inside, but leave a thin layer of bread in the shell).
Evenly divide the ham mixture into the 2 rolls, packing tightly.
Press 1/2 slice of Cheddar cheese (or pepperjack or other cheese of choice) onto the top of the ham mixture in each bread shell.
Replace the tops on the rolls.
Wrap each roll tightly in aluminum foil
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
