Ingredients

    Wet Ingredients:
    2 eggs
    2 over ripe mashed bananas
    1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg

    Dry Ingredients:
    2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    2 pkt Stevia powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch of Salt

Tips

Good with a little light margerine.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix dry in one bowl & wet in another and then gradually fold the dry into the wet. Bake in a greased 9x5 bread pan for about an hour or into 4 mini loaf pans & bake for about 45 min.
