Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin, 20 oz (roughly 1.25 lbs)
Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, sliced
Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Flour, white, 2 tbsp
Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup (low sodium)
White Wine, 2 tbsp
Tips
I used sweet onion and chardonnay.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Heat oil and butter in skillet. Brown meat on both sides and remove from heat.
Add onions, mushrooms, celery to skillet. Saute until limp.
Add White Wine. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add Flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Chicken Broth. Cook to thicken sauce.
Place meat in baking dish. Cover meat in sauce.
Cover dish and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Size: 4-6 3 oz. cutlets
