Introduction

Delicious Chicken Taco Soup, low in calories and fat, and very filling! Delicious Chicken Taco Soup, low in calories and fat, and very filling!

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts
    2 Can Rotel
    1 Can Pinto Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 16 oz can Tomato Sauce
    2 Tbsp Chili Powder
    2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
    1/2 can Light Beer (or Chicken Broth or water)
    Salt to Taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into Slow cooker on Medium for 4 hours or Low for 6 Hours. Before mealtime, shred the chicken and put it back into the pot. Serve with shredded cheese or Sour Cream or both. Also delicious with tortilla chips or Fritos, if you have the calories.
