Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Arugula, 4 cup
    Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, add as you like
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Pure Via Sweetener (1 packet, 1g), 1 serving
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Salt, 2 dash
    Gorgonzola Crumbles, 8 tbsp

Tips

I like to use red wine vingar instead of balsamic for this recipe, too. Just keep taste testing this and you'll find what you like.


Directions

Mix arugula with whatever other crunchy veggies you'd like.
Mix other ingredients (except for gorgonzola) together in a blender.
Toss salad in dressing, sprinkle on gorgonzola and serve.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 4 healthy servings or 6 side servings
