1 pound linguini
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 shallots diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
salt & pepper
1/2 cup white wine
lime juice
Directions
Boil pasta till done
heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil & saute shallots, and garlic about 3 to 4 min. season the shrimp with salt & pepper add to the pan and cook till pink. remove shrimp from pan and keep warm. add wine & lime juice and bring to boil. return shrimp to pan with the pasta and heat through. serve.
