Ingredients

    3 cups of water
    1 Tbsp chicken boullion
    2 Tbsp beef Boullion
    1 Stalk celery
    1 Large carrot cut into pieces
    1 oz ginger root
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion cut into pieces
    I can mushrooms
    1 green onion

Tips

You can use about a 1/2 cup of vegetable broth instead of boiling the vegetables.


Directions

Mix the water with the boullion and the veggies, ginger root, and garlic clove cut into large pieces, except the mushrooms and the green onion, keep them out for the end. Boil for 45 minutes and then strain the broth into another container and through the veggies away. Add the mushrooms and cut up the green part of the onion to sprinkle on top.

Serving Size: makes three one cup servings
